Mousehole 4 Falmouth Town 1
An excellent performance from a young seagulls side gave new manager Peter Robinson his dream start with his first win.
The first half was evenly matched with both teams having half chances.Mousehole played some impressive football in spells.but it wasn't until the second half that the match really came alive.The seagulls defence was solid and John McCullum and Adam Fletcher played well in centre midfield.Jamie Carmichael scored the seagulls first goal with a great header from Fletchers corner.Jamie Robinson scored the second goal from 8 yards after good work down the right wing from Edward Jones.Falmouth Town then pulled a goal back with a strike from 15 yards.Mousehole continued to play some excellent football with Jamie Robinson scoring his second goal with a cool finish from 10 yards.Adam Fletcher had a few long range efforts,one of which hit the post.In the 85th minute Mousehole scored their fourth goal with Robinson helping himself to his hat trick with a cool finsh from 7 yards with his right foot!
